CORPORATE AFFILIATE Membership

  • Candidate suitability – Consultancy Practices, Contractors, Estate and Letting Agents, Associations, Product Manufacturers, Product Suppliers, Insurances Brokers, Insurance Companies, Pharmacies, Medical Group Practices and more!
  • Qualification required – enthusiasm for raising Industry Standards on a social value basis

CORPORATE Membership Subscription

  • Micro Enterprise (Up to 10 Employees) – £250 Annually – £75 Quarterly – £25 Monthly
  • Small Enterprise (11- 49 Employees) – £450 Annually – £125 Quarterly – £45 Monthly
  • Medium Enterprise (50 -250 employees) – £1250 Annually – £350 Quarterly – £125 Monthly
  • Large Enterprise (250 or more employees) – £2750 Annually – £750 Quarterly – £265 Monthly

Note: Maximisation of client satisfaction is best achieved when all corporate personnel – whether employed directly or indirectly – hold ISSE Professional or Affiliate membership status.

PROFESSIONAL Membership £240

Professional membership is graded across four categories and allocated a 3, 4, or 5-star rating. This rating is determined based on the candidates’ personal achievements, which are assessed using a combination of the traditional Ofqual RQF competence and the Post Building Safety Act Era ‘Gold Standard’ Registration Competence and Ethical requirements. These requirements comprise ise:

ASSOCIATE (AISSE) –

  • Candidate suitability – Technicians, Operatives, Trainee Managers, Trainee Surveyors and Trainee Engineers etc.
  • Qualification required – Having achieved or a least working toward a Level 3 – 4 Ofqual RQF equivalent competence qualification and a minimum 3 star rated ‘Gold Standard’ Competence and Ethics Registration scheme qualification

MEMBER (MISSE) –

  • Candidate suitability – Surveyors, Engineers, Architects, Designers, Specifiers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Consultants etc.
  • Qualification required – Level 5 – 6 Ofqual RQF equivalent competence qualification and having attained (or at least working towards attaining) a minimum 4 star rated ‘Gold Standard’ Competence and Ethics Registration scheme qualification

FELLOW (FISSE) –

  • Candidate suitability – Surveyors, Engineers, Architects, Designers, Specifiers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Consultants etc.
  • Qualification required – Level 7 – 8 Ofqual RQF equivalent forensic level competence qualification and having attained (or at least working towards attaining) a 5 star rated ‘Gold Standard’ Competence and Ethics Registration scheme qualification

FELLOW/COLLEGE OF FELLOWS (FISSE CoF) –

  • Candidate suitability – Teachers, Trainers, Mentors, Expert Witnesses, Internal Competence Assessors, Internal Quality Assurers and External Quality Assurers
  • Qualification required – Level 7 – 8 Ofqual RQF equivalent forensic level competence qualification and having attained (or at least working towards attaining) a 5 star rated ‘Gold Standard’ Competence and Ethics Registration scheme qualification

  • Independent and Impartial Character reference(s)
