Education and Training 

ISSE/ABBE Ofqual Compliant Further and Higher Education Training and Qualification Programmes are:- 

  • Conducted on a friendly, easy going, combined private study and informal face to face guided learning programme basis which incorporates reference to relevant online technical and scientific videos [such as YouTube], webinars, blogs and television programmes in addition to books, papers and statutory/authoritative publications. 
  • Consistent with the modern Government office for qualification (Ofqual) Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and Competence Assessment Rating system (rather than the traditional one off stressful formal examination system).
  • Uniquely designed to benefit:-
    • Training and qualification participants by substantially elevating their personal confidence and enhancing their career prospects. 
    • Consumers by substantially raising the standard of availability services, including technical competence, honesty and ethicality, on an industry wide basis. 
    • Building Occupants through improving their health, wealth and wellbeing by advocating policies and practices that can effect substantially reduced indoor pollution and reduce energy cost.
    • The NHS by advocating policies and practices that can effect substantially reduced demand upon NHS services.
    • The world Environment by advocating policies and practices that can effect substantially reduce carbon emissions.  

ISSE/ABBE Further Education (FE) Training and Qualification Programmes – are based upon a substantially wide subject range based Lifelong, Learning, Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and multiple choice questionnaire assessment process which provides:-

  • Foundation Level Participants (qualified at Ofqual competence rating level 1-2 approximately equivalent to GCSE grades E-D and C-A* respectively) with the opportunity to attain Awareness Accreditation Certification. 
  • Professional level participants (qualified at Ofqual competence rating 3-6/6+ approximately equivalent to “A” level, Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree respectively) with the opportunity to attain Awareness Re-Accreditation Certification. 

ISSE/ABBE Higher Education (HE) Training and Qualification Programmes – are based upon a Competence Assessment process taking into account the participants guided learning training sessions/private study history, answers to a randomly selected set of questions and a portfolio of recent service provision evidence which provides:-

  • Foundation Level Participants with the opportunity to attain Certification and/or Diploma qualifications at Ofqual competence rating level 3 (approximately equivalent to “A” level).
  • Professional Level 3 participants with the opportunity to attain Certification and/or Diploma qualification at Ofqual competence rating level 6/6+ (approximately equivalent to a Bachelor Degree and Master’s Degree respectively).
