Benefits upgraded insurance cover inc tax and employment risks advice and representation cover – can use logo in approved way on letterheads and in approved way in ISSE approved advertisements in Yellow Pages – special rate typically £112 per entry within ISSE shell scheme.

Sole trader £680 annual fee surveyors ISSE members  - must have public and employers insurance cover

Company Tier 1  £680 annual fee surveyors ISSE members must have public and employers insurance cover

Company tier 2 – benefits as Tier 1 plus approved ISSE Brand contractor and Yellow Page ISSE Brand approved advert with access to ISSE guarantee fund, web site enquiries and over 200,000 hits per annum -  business advice and support, ISSE field management and training Trustmark Professional and Conservation Scheme membership -  £680 annual fee  - all employees have to be ISSE members inc technicians and any office staff.  Surveyors must be enrolled in the ABBE accredited ISSE Inst. Cert.SSE course and progressing up the ISSE training tree.
